Always Under Construction - Part Two

Well, it was only a matter of time until I had a good reason to figure out how to change the background colour on Weebly's blogs to fix the white text on white background issue.

Turns out it's not that hard but it is hidden a little.

Also because it's hidden you may need to keep an eye on it should Weebly change how it works or if you change your theme.... but here's what to look for:

1. Edit your site
2. Choose the Theme tab on the upper navigation bar
3. On the left side navigation, at the very very bottom (you may need to scroll your browser window), choose Edit HTML / CSS
4. Again, on the left side navigation, under the "STYLES" heading, choose   _blog.less
5. Add the following CSS code (I added it at the top):        .main-wrap { background: #717073; }
6. Double check you have the dot, colon, semi-colon, curly braces, pound sign (no space) and HTML colour code value in all the right places. I chose a shade of grey colour. Just google 'HTML colour codes' to get a list of colour charts and converters to generate the correct hex value (6 characters prefixed by #).
7. Save and Publish
